It is hard to believe that it has been 9 years in business… and if I were starting today, here’s what I’d do differently:

1️⃣ I wouldn’t wait for things to be perfect

2️⃣ I’d simplify my tools from the beginning

3️⃣ I’d create systems sooner (not when things got messy)

4️⃣ I’d focus on fewer services

5️⃣ I’d stop trying to do everything myself

6️⃣ I’d document my processes earlier

7️⃣ I’d prioritize consistency over motivation to do more

8️⃣ I’d ask more questions and seek support

9️⃣ I’d start before I felt “ready”

When I first started, I thought I needed everything figured out before I began.

Now I know that clarity comes from taking action.
