Can a cupcake help feed a child in Gaza? With your help — yes.

Each box is a small tribute to Palestinian flavours: pistachio or vanilla cupcakes made with Palestinian olive oil topped with tangy cream cheese frosting infused with rose water and orange blossom, finished with edible pearls in the colours of the Palestinian flag.

$25 for a box of 4. Half the proceeds go to to support urgent relief efforts in Gaza.

It’s been hard to post about cake lately.

With every heartbreaking image from Gaza, I’ve felt the same thing many of you have — sorrow, rage, and a constant pit of helplessness.

So I’ve decided to do the only thing I know how to do and have some form of control over: bake.

Starting Monday, I’ll be selling limited edition cupcakes decorated in the colours of the Palestinian flag — with flavours like rose water, orange blossom, and pistachio.

A box of 4 is $25, and $12.5 from every box will be donated to to help provide aid to displaced families in Gaza.
