The Milton Community Resource Centre continues to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children and families across Halton through inclusive programs and supports.

It was a great opportunity to learn about the SNAP (Stop Now And Plan) program, which helps children develop emotional regulation & problem-solving skills while giving parents practical tools to support them at home.

Through our government's $393,300 Ontario Trillium Foundation Grow Grant, the program will be able to reach even more families over the next three years.
