'One of the big pushes we’re going to do is really focusing on the suburbs. Someone will always say they love Toronto because it’s so multicultural with all these multicultural restaurants but when you ask them which restaurants, they go blank. All the great regional Chinese, Malaysian, Indian, and Sri Lankan restaurants are there [in the suburbs]. People take great pride knowing they’re there, but I think people who don’t live in the suburbs haven’t explored them.
