Made from a very tender Sable biscuit filled with raspberry Jam and topped with icing and what else but a wee cherry on the top

These biscuits originated in Scotland but they definitely take me back to my childhood and the trip to the corner cake shop for a treat. It was either one of these or an iced fruit bun for me 🤩
