Pitt Meadows Market Update – June 2026

June continued the trends we’ve been seeing here in Pitt Meadows, with buyers enjoying more choice and sellers finding that thoughtful pricing and presentation matter more than ever.

With more homes available, buyers are taking the time to compare their options, making first impressions especially important.

🏡 Detached Homes
There were 10 detached home sales in June, down from 15 in May, while active listings increased from 67 to 75, giving buyers more homes to choose from. The benchmark price moved from $1,215,300 to $1,188,400.

🏘️ Townhomes
Townhomes saw 10 sales in June, compared to 12 in May, while active listings decreased from 46 to 34. The townhome market continues to stand out as the only seller’s market in Pitt Meadows, with strong buyer demand. The benchmark price dipped slightly from $765,500 to $761,100.

🏢 Condos
The condo market saw 5 sales in June, up from 2 in May, while active listings increased slightly from 39 to 42, giving buyers a little more choice. The benchmark price remained relatively stable, moving from $546,400 to $542,400.
