Last night we had a blast cooking up some Schnitzel that we found at Arctic Meats & Sausage in Port Coquitlam. And let me tell you, they were absolutely delicious! Schnitzel has always been one of our favourite dishes, and it's one of the few recipes that we can't prepare in our trusty thermomix (though we have come across some recipes for breading and even some vegan options like celery schnitzel).

As you might know, I'm not the biggest fan of cooking the traditional way, but sometimes you just have to go with the flow and get your hands dirty. And boy, was it worth it for these juicy Schnitzels!

Usually, we use our thermomix at least twice a day for our meals, so cooking without it only happens a few times a year. But hey, when you're craving something specific, you gotta do what you gotta do, right?
