Mandee at Skin District
✨ Brightening acids are some of the most underrated ingredients in skincare and each one has its own superpower.
🍊 Vitamin C helps protect against free radical damage while brightening dull skin and supporting collagen production.
🌿 Azelaic Acid is amazing for reducing redness, calming inflammation, and improving post-acne marks and uneven skin tone.
🤍 Kojic Acid targets excess pigment, making it a great option for melasma, sun spots, and stubborn discoloration.
💧 Tranexamic Acid works beneath the surface to help fade hyperpigmentation and is especially effective for melasma when used consistently.
🌰 Mandelic Acid is a gentle exfoliating acid that helps brighten, smooth texture, and improve pigmentation, making it a great choice for sensitive or acne-prone skin.
The key is choosing the right brightening ingredient for your skin concerns not just the trendiest one. ✨

I don’t recommend treatments unless I genuinely believe in them… and NOUVADerm has quickly become one of my favourites in clinic.
I tell my clients, this is truly like an IPL, Chemical Peel and Microneedling session in ONE!!
Why? Because it actually does SO much for the skin. We’re talking:
✨ redness & rosacea
✨ broken capillaries
✨ pigmentation
✨ acne + inflammation
✨ scars
✨ aging skin and deep wrinkles
✨ skin texture
✨ fine lines
✨ overall skin health & glow
What I love most is that it’s not just a “quick fix” treatment. It works WITH your skin to create healthier, stronger skin over time. Clients are seeing brighter, calmer, smoother skin without crazy downtime, and honestly… the results keep impressing me.
If your skin has been feeling dull, reactive, uneven or just not like itself lately, this is one of the treatments I’d seriously look into.
Message me if you’ve been curious about NOUVADerm and I’ll tell you if it’s a good fit for your skin 🤍
