Ironworkers Local 97 investing in hands-on training, real skills, and good union careers is EXACTLY how we build a stronger workforce. These workers will end up working across the region, but the training, opportunity, and economic impact start here at home.

This is how you grow skilled trades, support families, and strengthen communities.

We had a great time working with our 10-week Ironworker Generalist cohort. This program is designed for folks who have previous ironworking experience and want to get serious about an Ironworking career.

Here they are in our brand new classroom facility at our union hall in Maple Ridge receiving union oritentation on their final day with our apprenticeship co-ordinator Danielle James. Great work everyone!
