Spring rolls
To make this recipe, here are the ingredients you will need
Ground chicken or beef A little chopped carrot spring roll sheets An egg or two depending on the quality of rolls desired. Mix the meat with the carrot then add the egg
Separate the spring roll sheets ahead of time, but keep them under a slightly damp towel to prevent the sheets from drying out.
Beat an egg which will serve as glue to close the rolls.
Spread the leaves diagonally in front of you. Put 2 good tablespoons of filling on the sheet. Fold the bottom point over the stuffing. Fold the 2 sides inwards, then roll the roll up. Put a little egg on the last tip to seal the roll.
Heat the oil in the fryer to 375°F. Fry rolls for 3-5 minutes or until golden brown.
