The Wellness Effect

I was just finishing my last run of 2021, coached by the amazing , when she said these words

“ It won’t be immediate, but eventually, every cell in your body will respond to your breath, and your thoughts. So right now, load yourself up with compassionate thoughts and high vibrations”

Could not have been better said . I am taking this advice into 2022, and I am determined to help my clients use it too. 🙌🏻
