Serious question…
I hear people say all the time, “I’d do anything for my family”, meanwhile they’ve totally neglected the fact that not caring for themselves will come with a cost that their family might have to bear some day.
Loving your family means putting yourself higher up the list of priorities!

Feeling like you’re training a lot but not really making any substantial progress?
It could be a byproduct of “practicing too many kicks” AKA too much variance in your training.
The whole “fail to plan, plan to fail” thing really is true.
If you workout consists of random exercises you feel like doing on a given day, there’s a good chance you’re missing out on the
benefits that come along with mastering the basics.
Whether it’s with help or totally on your own, try building a training cycle that exposes you to similar movements week after week for an extended period of time.
Instead of jumping around doing whatever you feel like doing, take the Bruce Lee approach and stop trying 10,000 new exercises, before you even mastered one!

To getting into the best shape of your life isn’t a special program.
It’s not a waist trainer that heats itself up and melts body fat.
The secret is to show up for yourself a lot.
Whether that’s dragging yourself outside for the walk you know will make you feel better, or saying no to the extra glass of🍷 on Friday because you want to get up early to train Saturday.
Act like someone who wants what’s best for themselves.
Stop doing 💩 you know isn’t good for you.
Keep doing 💩 you know is good for you.
