Morning friends! I want to talk to you for a minute about reflection and why its happening.
We all know about the planetary influences that are happening right now. There is a lot of stabilizing energy and "airing" happening...like you know in the winter when things feel stagnant so you open a window or two and a door and burp the house? Well thats kind of whats happening here for us energetically right now.

We are reflecting on things of the past so that we can release those memories/regrets/life lessons and experiences from our memories and all of our energy bodies. ✨️
What happens when we let go? We create space. And within that space there is room for clarity and breath. We feel safe to be ourselves; truly authentic.and we allow ourselves the grace to experience things in a new way even if it triggers old responses because our nervous systems understand that we aren't under threat, and it's ok to try something new without fear. Nervousness sure, but not fear.

We are entering an era where fear based ideology is a thing of the past. It's time to step into your next level.
