Tranquille 'agri-hood' development in Kamloops will contribute $608M to local economy It's called an 'agri-hood.' And in the case of Tranquille in Kamloops it will be a unique-in-Canada waterfront village, farm and winery.

Two major fires within 10 days of each other. Each started on purpose by two different people. In both cases witnesses stepped forward with video and pictures of the culprits. The first picture is of the Cooney Bay field, the second one is west of the creek on the north side of Criss Creek Road. The latter came very close to becoming an uncontrolled wild fire! Unbelievable! Thankfully we have terrific fire fighters who were willing to drag fire hose up a vertical climb in excess of 100 feet!!
