From watching the sunrise on the balcony to the most incredible sunsets, every moment was unforgettable. We swam in crystal waters, wandered colourful streets, fell in love with every morsel of food we tried, and somehow discovered a new favorite drink obsession: coffee margaritas. One sip and suddenly we were ordering another round with zero regrets.

And then there were the stray dogs 🥹
Each one captured a little piece of our hearts, and we almost brought home several.

But one of the highlights? One of the most incredible meals we’ve ever had, all thanks to Chef Miguel Ángel Bailón. .chef_bailon 
His passion for fresh, locally inspired dishes and international flavors made our trip taste so much better.

The last pic is us finding out that it was feeling like -30 Celcius at home, knowing it was our last day in sunshine and warmth lol

Now, I’m sitting back in my office chair, busting out the notepads and ready for some incredible events coming up.
