I can’t stop thinking about this.

I read an article by Liz Plank about Artemis II—and something in me just…
opened.

Yes, the mission is extraordinary. Yes, the talent is undeniable.

But what moved me was something else entirely.

The way this team shows up for each other.

The kindness. The calm. The trust.

The humanity.

It felt like watching a different way of being in the world—and realizing how much I’ve been craving it.

I felt proud (hello, Canada 🍁 and Jeremy Hansen).

I felt energized seeing women leading and thriving in this space.

But mostly, I felt lifted.

As in, this is possible. This kind of leadership. This kind of team. This kind of care.

It cracked me wide open, in the best way.

So here’s what I’m taking from it:

What if we chose to lead like this—right where we are?

More trust. More generosity. More humanity.

Because clearly…it works.
