I've always wanted to get a good shot of the Cathedral Basilica in Hamilton's west end, but had a hard time finding the right vantage point... until now.

Sometimes I come away from a shoot feeling inspired by my clients. This was definitely the case with Jorge and Hilda, who phoned me up with the idea to do some portraits that were like a sexy jeans advertisement. I agreed to do it, but little did I know that they've been together for 25 years, have three adult children and two grandchildren. Jorge recently learned how to skateboard too. More importantly, they seemed as in love with each other in a way that was perpetually young, fresh and fun. Age is only a number, and if you need photographic proof, check out these two preview images from this morning's shoot.
