Starting next week, join Grace and I every Tuesday and Thursday at 10:30am for a baby and me yoga class

ABOUT:

Your postnatal yoga class to connect with your baby, your body and be guided during your postnatal journey. This playful class will give you opportunities to incorporate your baby into your practice, and start to learn about your body after birth and how to support it. Babies under 12 months welcome. Guided by Jayla who beyond her 250hr teasing, has a 80hr doula, prenatal, postnatal certificate , plus is a new mama and will have her baby there too.

50 minute class with 10 minutes after to chat/connect with the community of moms.

Two years ago today, pandemic lockdown hit and lost all my jobs in a matter of hours (full time sales director for in person events; teaching two yoga studio classes; any teaching yoga and two other companies).

Fast forward two years; I’m passionately growing the vibrant community and platform .live and this week was featured in a few media sources about being a female tech ceo. Wow 😯. I recently heard this and has been my mantra lately: “a bad day isn’t a bad life.” This bad day 2 years ago led to the best life.
