These words have never been more true than in today’s climate. Each year that passes on the anniversary of Sept 11, we are reminded of how hate tried to tear our country apart but love for our fellow neighbor brought us through that tragedy. Let us honor the memory of those lost that day by living our life with love and respect for others. We, at the LeRoy W. Homer Jr. Foundation, want to express our deepest gratitude to all our supporters who have helped us carry out our mission year after year. To date, we have awarded 25 scholarships and have created a diverse family of aviators. Thank you for helping us give back and honor not only LeRoy’s memory but all those who sacrificed on that tragic day. Let us never forget and let us live our lives as if we haven’t.
