Supporting women in therapy often means holding space for complexity.

The intersections of identity, relationships, caregiving, reproductive experiences, perinatal mental health, perimenopause and menopause, grief, trauma, and life transitions can invite both meaningful clinical work and important questions.

Our Women's Wellness Supervision Group is a monthly supervision and consultation space for therapists supporting women across the lifespan. Facilitated by Cree Lambeck, this group offers an opportunity to reflect on clinical cases, ethical considerations, therapeutic relationships, and the unique contexts that shape women's mental health experiences.

More than a supervision group, this is a warm, collaborative space to deepen your clinical confidence, expand your skills, and feel supported in the meaningful work you do.

All women-identifying therapists are warmly welcome to apply. Supervision hours from this group may be submitted to the CRPO toward your supervision requirements.

If you're looking for a space to reflect, learn, and grow alongside others who share a commitment to supporting women, we'd love to welcome you.

🏳️‍🌈💛 Family, your way. 💛🏳️‍🌈

For q***r and same-sex couples, the path to parenthood can feel like a winding one.
Hopeful. Tender. Sometimes overwhelming.
Full of decisions that don’t always come with a clear map.

Maybe you're sorting through fertility options.
Or navigating donor conception, surrogacy, adoption, or co-parenting.
Maybe you're just starting to explore what “family” could look like for you.

You deserve care that’s not only inclusive, but deeply affirming of who you are and how you love.

Kate McDermott offers a space where all parts of your story are welcome.
Using narrative therapy, solution-focused support, and thoughtful advocacy, she helps you process emotions, strengthen connection, and move forward with intention.

This work isn’t just about planning, it’s about being held through all the complexity.
The questions, the grief, the joy, the what-ifs.

Your family matters.
Your love matters.
And the way you build that love into something bigger?
It’s already enough.

What if trauma therapy didn't always require clients to revisit or retell the most painful moments of their lives?

The Rewind Technique is a gentle, evidence-informed approach to trauma treatment that allows clients to process traumatic experiences without prolonged exposure or repeated retelling. Used internationally and gaining momentum in Canada, it offers therapists a practical and compassionate addition to their clinical toolkit.

Our Reclaiming Resilience: Rewind Trauma Training Course, developed by Clinical Director Cree Lambeck, teaches therapists how to confidently and ethically integrate the Rewind Technique into their practice, including an exclusive protocol for birth and reproductive trauma.

Whether you work in trauma, perinatal mental health, grief, or general psychotherapy, this self-paced training can help you expand your skills and support clients in new and meaningful ways.
