Making in the Waiting
Don’t despise the waiting moments. What feels like a delay is often part of the process of becoming.
Seeds grow in the dark before they break through the soil. Gold is refined in the fire before it shines. In the same way, God is working on you while you wait.
The waiting season is not wasted time.
🎯It’s preparation time.
🎯Character is being formed
🎯Wisdom is being gained, and
🎯 is being clarified.
Trust the process. Embrace the waiting. There is a making in the waiting.
“But they who wait for the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint.” Is. 40:31

“And He took the five loaves and the two fish, and looking up to heaven, He blessed and broke and gave the loaves to the disciples; and the disciples gave to the multitudes.
20 So they all ate and were filled, … about five thousand men, besides women and children.” Matthew 14:19-21 (NKJV)
ARE DIFFICULT SITUATIONS STOPPING YOU?
A couple of years ago, I had lunch with a seasoned and mature leader.
During our conversation, I asked him:
“What do you do when difficult situations seem determined to stop you from pursuing the dream God has placed in your heart?”
He listened carefully. Then he responded.
“When a river is flowing, it allows nothing to stop its course. If a tree stands in its way, it flows around it. If a rock blocks its path, it finds another route and keeps moving. That’s what I would share with you.”
The lessons:
🎯Difficulties are not always a sign to quit. Often, they are an invitation to adapt, persevere, and keep moving forward.
🎯The river does not waste its energy arguing with obstacles. It simply remains committed to its destination.
Likewise, when God places His purpose in our hearts, obstacles will come. Delays will happen. Unexpected challenges will arise. But our focus should not be on what is blocking the path. It should be on continuing the journey.
So,
1. Stay focused on the destination, not the obstacle.
2. Be willing to adapt without abandoning your .
3. Persistence often accomplishes what force cannot.
Keep flowing. Keep trusting. Keep moving.
Your purpose is greater than your obstacles. 🌊✨

A paycheck is important. We all have bills to pay, families to support, and responsibilities to fulfill. There is nothing wrong with earning a living.
The danger comes when the becomes the primary driver of our decisions. When money leads our lives, we can easily find ourselves sacrificing what matters most - our values, our relationships, our peace, and even our calling.
Purpose, on the other hand, leads us into God's will for our lives.
Three reasons to pursue over paycheck:
🎯Purpose aligns us with God's plan.
A paycheck can meet our immediate needs, but purpose connects us to the reason God created us. When we walk in purpose, we find meaning beyond financial rewards.
🎯Purpose sustains us through challenges.
Money may motivate us for a season, but purpose gives us the strength to persevere when the journey becomes difficult. Purpose fuels passion and resilience.
🎯Purpose creates lasting impact.
Paychecks can easily be spent, but purpose leaves a legacy. When we live according to God's calling, we influence lives, transform communities, and make an eternal difference.
Don't just ask, "What pays the most?"Ask, "What has God called me to do?"
Because fulfillment is not mainly found in the size of your paycheck, but in the faithfulness of your purpose.

Why the conversation around Purpose matters.
We spend years learning how to make a living, but very little time learning why we are here.
The conversation around is important because purpose gives meaning to our decisions, direction to our efforts, and clarity in times of uncertainty.
🎯Without purpose, we can be busy yet unfulfilled, successful yet unsatisfied.
🎯Purpose influences how we lead, serve, work, build relationships, and contribute to our communities.
🎯Purpose helps us move beyond simply chasing a paycheck, title, or status and toward living a life of significance and impact.
When people discover their purpose, they gain confidence in their identity, courage in their choices, and resilience through life’s challenges.
The world doesn’t just need more successful people. It needs more people who understand why they were created and how they can make a difference.
That’s why the conversation around purpose isn’t optional. It’s essential.
Purpose is not just about what you do. It’s about understanding who you are, why you’re here, and the impact you’re meant to make.
When you discover the reason behind the DESIGN and CREATION of something, you are on the right path to discovering its purpose.
