Signs your oil based penetrating stain is doing its job 👀

Freshened up this church with some elastomeric. Ended up having to chalk out a line for parging at the customers request. On to the next one!

Got rid of the old latex stain and sealer, and put on an oil based penetrating stain!
Gone are the days of putting a fresh coat of latex on every year. Even poorly applied penetrating stain will outlast expertly done latex sealer.

Thanks .ranch for letting us get your deck tip top!

First exterior of the summer all done 🏠☀️. Gutters, soffits, doors, and a big colour change for the stucco

2 tone cabinets done a little while ago!
We patched the old handle holes on the doors and installed new pulls. (Counter tops getting changed next 🤣)
