Due to a large number of people attempting to drop off their pets, Ace wanted to do a quick review of our surrender procedures.

If you are in need of surrendering your animal the first step you must complete is the surrender paper work on our website. We must have this paperwork complete to process the application.

This is not a same day service. We can not take animals on the spot. We are currently running at full capacity, so this simply is not physically possible.

Surrenders do not work on a first come first serve basis. Every animal and their situation is unique, which means we review surrender applications on a case by case basis and admit animals into our care when we have the capacity to provide the individual care they require.

There is a fee to surrender your pet. Information about our fees can be found on our website.

Verbal and physical abuse toward our staff will not be tolerated.
