Recently, I found myself sitting in the hospital ER with my grandson.

To keep my hands busy and my own anxiety at bay, I pulled out some of my favorite ultra-soft chenille yarn and started making these little brontosaurus plushies right there in the waiting room.

As soon as they were finished, I passed them along to a couple of other little ones who were waiting to see the doctor. Seeing their faces instantly light up and watching them squeeze their new little dinosaur friends made a stressful night so much brighter.

Every single item I create for my shop is made with that exact same love and care. When you support a small maker, you’re supporting someone who pours their heart into every stitch—and someone who believes a little handmade kindness can change a hard day. 🦖✨
