Harris Homeopathy
I haven't done an intro video - thought I'd start with my second "office", since it's where I get to just play. I feel very blessed to be able to unwind in this way

There are two main remedies I think of for healing the incision from a C-section: Arnica and Staphysagria. Arnica is useful in cases of physical trauma where there is lots of bruising, aching, and swelling, and helpful if you have very strong after-pains.
Staphysagria is not only useful for the healing of incisions, but also if the person is grieving, disappointed, and/or angry about how the labor and delivery went. I have frequently seen women who did not want a C-section become indignant, disappointed, and feel like an experience was taken away from them: this is a Staphysagria kind of presentation. So if you are feeling this way, Staphysagria may help you move through your grief, and the physical pain of the surgery, and get back to enjoying your new little bundle❤

If there was ever an aphorism that struck fear into my heart, it's aphorism 11. I remember spending hours pouring over the footnote, feeling like the whole thing was jibberish. I spent so much time fretting over the footnote, I barely ever paid attention to the aphorism itself.
For whatever reason though, I feel the lessons are starting to sink in. And if you break the footnote down into pieces, then it's not so bad. At least after the 100th time reading it.
The aphorism itself seems relatively straightforward: The vital force is what becomes ill, at least in the beginning, not the physical body. And the vital force, when disturbed by a disease, will CREATE the symptoms you experience; the disease itself doesn't create the symptoms.
