Take a break from the busyness of everyday life and join us for a guided Mediation Walk through the beautiful North Saskatchewan River Valley at Prospectors Point in Parkland County.
Led by Allan Bly of Forest Lens, this mindful experience isn't about hiking farther or faster—it's about slowing down, engaging your senses, and experiencing the forest in a whole new way. 🍃

🌱 NGM invites you to join us in the garden to spend time with community and nature while tending to our plants.

We will be joined by a Master Composter from the City of Edmonton between 10:30-11:30am. You don’t want to miss out on this workshop!

We’ll have gloves and tools ready for some light gardening, and art supplies and snacks on hand for those that prefer to relax amongst the plants. If you’ve been looking for an easy chance to get outside and meet new friends, this is the perfect opportunity for you to join. All are welcome for a collective gardening day of fun, nature, and connection!
