The Clarity Codex

At some point, the question stops being “Why is this happening?” and becomes… “What am I doing right now?”
Because if we’re being honest with ourselves for a second - most of the time, we already know. We know when something ain’t right. We know when we’re forcing something. We know when we’re about to repeat the same pattern, have the same reaction, and end up in the same place yet again.
And still… we pause.
Not because we are confused. But because acting on the answer would actually change something.

Why Sundays Feel Emotionally Weird
For some people - Sundays feel calm, productive, relaxing, or fun!
But for others? Nah. The anxiety slowly starts creeping in around 10 AM… maybe 3 PM… for absolutely no reason whatsoever. 🙃
And now✨EXISTENTIAL CRISIS MODE ACTIVATED✨enters the chat.
Suddenly your brain:
😵 overthinks your entire life
😵 panics about the week ahead
😵 emotionally spirals
😵 questions EVERY decision you’ve ever made
😵 feels guilty for resting
😵 wild what-if thoughts while folding laundry…
Sunday Funday little nervous system activities. 😂 But honestly? A lot of people aren’t reacting to Monday itself. They’re reacting to:
👉🏻 pressure
👉🏻 anticipation
👉🏻 emotional backlog
👉🏻 lack of rest
👉🏻 routines they secretly hate
👉🏻 lives that no longer fit them
The moment things get quiet, your brain finally has space to process what it’s been avoiding all week. And that can feel LOUD.
Sometimes “Sunday anxiety” isn't anxiety at all.
Sometimes it's awareness trying to get your attention 👋🏻.

The In-Between Series:
At Some Point, You Have to Admit You’re Choosing This
At some point, you have to stop asking why this keeps happening… and start looking at what you are doing when it does. Because by now, you have probably noticed the pattern. You get close to moving forward, something shifts, you feel the pull to change… and then you pause. You hesitate. You second-guess. You wait. The moment passes.
It is easy to call this being stuck. But if it keeps happening in the same way, at the same point… it is not random. You are maintaining something. Something familiar. Something predictable. Something your system already knows how to navigate - even if it is no longer working for you. Familiar does not mean good. It just means known.
At some point, you have to admit… you are choosing this.

Long weekends are interesting aren't they?
While some of us relax, some of us suddenly realize we have no idea how to slow down. The second the noise stops, the discomfort seems to get louder.
Now we start to notice:
🔦The exhaustion
🔦The avoidance
🔦The overthinking
🔦The weird urge to stay busy for absolutely no reason
And what do we decide to do instead? Yup - escape it.
✔More plans
✔More scrolling
✔More distractions
✔More stimulation
Because sitting still long enough to actually hear yourself? That can feel uncomfortable when you have spent years surviving in constant motion.
Sometimes what people call “restlessness” is actually unprocessed internal tension. So if you get called "lazy" in these moments - just remember that you are NOT - at all. You're allowed to feel off when life slows down. This is you just finally starting to notice yourself.
Look at you go! Proud of you 💚
And that right there - that awareness - matters more than most people realize.

You say you feel stuck. And on the surface, sure, that makes sense - things feel unclear, decisions feel heavier, and you keep thinking about what to do next… but nothing seems to move.
“I just overthink.”
“I take my time.”
“I need to be sure.”
That is not being stuck. That is a pattern. And the longer it repeats, the more it starts to feel like personality.
But what if that is not who you are? What if it is just something you have practiced long enough that it feels like you?

Humans are fascinating creatures sometimes.
We repeat patterns.
Recreate emotional loops.
Ignore obvious red flags.
Convince ourselves that changing our hair, job, environment, or entire personality will somehow solve everything overnight.
Very normal behavior, honestly.
So I created something new:
Ancient Principles. Modern Patterns.
A short free PDF exploring:
Hermetics
Psychology
Carl Jung-inspired ideas
Emotional patterns
Identity
And the strange ways humans unconsciously repeat what feels familiar
Not in a “the Universe is punishing you” kind of way.
More in a:
“humans are beautifully complicated and keep accidentally reenacting the same lessons” kind of way.
You can download the free PDF here:

The In-Between Series:
This Isn’t Confusion - It’s a Transition
There’s a phase in life no one really talks about - the one where nothing feels wrong, but nothing feels right either. You start noticing it in small ways. You lose interest in things that used to matter. You hesitate on decisions that once felt easy. You feel like you are drifting, but not in a way you can clearly explain. From the outside, everything looks fine. Internally, something has shifted.
But nothing’s wrong. You are just in the in-between.

The In-Between Series
There is a phase in life that does not get talked about enough.
Most people talk about the breakdown and the breakthrough. The before and after, if you will. But there is a part in the middle that feels… off. It’s what I call, The In-Between - my personal fave spot to help people navigate.
It’s a weird temporary phase where things no longer feel “right,” but you can’t fully explain why. Where the version of you that used to move through life so easily without a care in the world now feels off, and the next up version of you has not quite taken shape yet.
Most people call this confusion. They assume something is wrong, or that they just need more clarity before they can move forward.
But it’s not confusion. It’s a transition.
If you have been questioning things that used to feel certain or hesitating on decisions that once came easily, you’re probably in it.
Across the next few posts, we are going to look at this from a few different angles:
- What this phase actually is (and why it feels the way it does)
- The pattern behind feeling stuck
- The role you play in staying where you are
- And the moment where you realize… you already knew
If you have been feeling off, uncertain, or like you are in some kind of in-between phase, this series will probably hit closer than you expect. Each post stands on its own, but together they build on each other.
Here’s what's coming up:

🖤 At Some Point, You Have to Admit You Are Choosing This
🖤 You Already Know - You Just Do Not Like the Answer

April 18th marks one full year since I started building The Clarity Codex. I had a loose plan and zero idea where to start.
But hey! Look at me… I figured it out. 🎉 Not all of it - let’s not get carried away lol. But enough to know what this is, how I work, and - roughly - where this is going. So naturally… if you know me, you know I like a little change. And as a result, the Clarity Codex has officially moved into its next chapter.
Because just like any other human or company, we evolve, learn, and grow. Life gets clearer, more refined. Less noise, more signal. And that's where I looked at my website and went… yeah, this is not it anymore. The one I created a year ago was beautiful, me to, but I always knew wasn't the final Pokémon form.
So I rebuilt it!
The new website is now live. It's cleaner, condensed, and easier to navigate. It's more aligned with how I actually think and work. BUT you might notice something familiar though. There are two links that bring you back to my original platform (for ease of use). So if it feels a little different… but also like “wait, I have seen this before”… that is intentional.
🙌🏻
Alongside that, it has been a while since I created a new workbook… so I wanted to share the newest one with you: The Void.
Sounds ominous - it's not, I promise lol. In this one, I wanted to focus on the in-between phase of life. The gap between the version of you that is starting to fall apart because it does not fit anymore… and the version of you that has not fully landed yet.
That gap?
* That is where people spiral.
* That is where people think something is wrong.
* Nothing is wrong.
That is the part where everything is actually shifting. And honestly… it is my favorite place to work in. Always has been.
So… speaking of that 📢
My books are (finally) officially back open! With this, I changed things up a bit. No rigid calendar. No "book here now" links. Just email me and we will figure out a time together like actual humans.
Revolutionary, I know.
Everything is now connected the way it was always meant to be.
If you have been here since the beginning… thank you.
If you are just finding this now… you are right on time.
P.S.... Fun Fact? You know this is still a learning curve for me when I ONLY just realized after posting my first blog of this year that my comments were TURNED OFF 🙈🤦🏻♀️ sigh. …so... they're on now... 😅
Talk soon!
