Are epoxy-coated floors slippery? 🤔

🤷‍♂️ Floor coatings like epoxy aren't generally slippery by themselves. This is a common misconception that is often caused from the glossy look—because coated floors look slippery.

💡The truth is, floor coatings are slippery when wet. This is because of the non-porous nature of epoxy, where surface water/spills/melted ice, etc. has nowhere to go.

Rest assured there are ways to make your newly coated floor more resistant to slips, and your newly coated floor will also be super easy to mop up quickly.🧹
