🧀CHEESE STUFFED MEATBALLS

1½ lbs (.680 kg) ground beef or half beef and half pork
1 Tbsp Oh! So Onion
1 tsp Sunset Seasoned Salt
1 packet Street Taco Dip & Cheeseball Mix
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/3 cup bread crumbs or panko
2 Tbsp water
½ brick (125 g) cream cheese , diced into small squares

Preheat oven to 350°F. Place the first 7 ingredients in a mixing bowl, mix thoroughly. Using a spoon or small scoop, scoop up a golf ball sized amount of the meat mixture. Flatten to form a round disk. Place a cube of cream cheese in the centre of the meat, then wrap the meat around the cream cheese, sealing it inside. Place cream cheese stuffed meatballs on a parchment covered baking sheet. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden, turning once. Serve as an appetizer or simmer meatballs in a pasta sauce and serve over pasta.
