Autumn 🍂. My favorite season. The cool breeze is refreshing, and I'm loving the end of the sweltering heat. Nature seems to be cozying up, getting ready for a peaceful winter. The trees transform into vibrant hues of yellow, brown, and red. Stunning.

I’m so excited to share a little behind-the-scenes of my latest project! I’m painting and transforming a cozy room in my home into a peaceful Reiki and Energy Healing space.

This is more than just a fresh coat of paint — it’s the start of a sacred, calming environment where my clients (and their animal companions) can relax, release and renew. Over the next while I’ll be choosing colours, décor and soothing touches to make it a true healing haven.

I’d love for you to come along on this journey with me as I get the room ready for future sessions. Watch for photos, updates and maybe even a few sneak peeks of the finishing touches.
