When we open and look deeper in, more hidden beauty and unknown mystery is revealed to us 〰️ like in this birthday flower 🌸
It is like that with us too...

A beautiful man just wrote to ask me if I in my workshops would address how one would stay in the opened heart and not shut down again from fear and trauma. He stated that there is a lot “out there” about how to open your heart, and very little teaching on how to deal with the fear and pain that comes up when you do.

I deeply appreciated this input, and knew the importance of what he was saying - and Yes, In my workshops I will speak to this and make room for us to share and realize more of how to live from an open and vulnerable heart, how to be more honest and real in an artificial world – how to not to cover up and to meet the pain that can arise from that.

There are still open spaces in the workshop tomorrow Thursday the 7th, at 7pm, if you feel called.
