Well, that was an incredible night! Thank you so much to all who came out, and shared their Saturday evening with us. I hope you had as much fun drinking our menu, as we had making it for you. We're very grateful to be able to lean on such a great community, and are excited to see it grow. Special thanks to Josh and the people at Transcend for the space, Mike for the beer, Devon and Marissa for their lovely spirits and of course, the Edmonton Cocktail Society for the glassware!

Irish Coffee -- The Cocktail Spirit with Robert Hess -- Small Screen Network™ Cocktail, Bartending a Perfect for National Coffee Day! No surprise, the Irish Coffee was invented in Ireland, but perhaps owes its popularity to the Buena Vista in San Francisco. In fact I was recently in Ireland, and at a cocktail lounge there they listed the "Buena Vista Irish Coffee" on their menu.
