Lately, Iβve been thinking about the importance of having a strong grip πͺ. Personally, I love training my forearms π₯ β itβs not just about strength, but also about that unique feeling of control and power β‘. Thanks to this, I can pull heavy weights or do deadlifts ποΈββοΈ with any load without worrying about my grip failing.
