Summer is almost here.

Soon, school will be out, routines will shift and the spaces our kids use every day will become even more important.

At Beauvista Heights, these rooms were designed to feel playful without sacrificing longevity; bringing personality, creativity and colour into the home while still reflecting the overall design vision.

Because great custom homes aren’t just designed for today. They’re designed to grow alongside the families who live in them.

Not every staircase is meant to disappear into the background.

At Beauvista Heights, this sculptural staircase was designed to anchor the home architecturally while still maintaining openness and flow throughout the main floor.

Wrapped in vertical wood slatting, the staircase creates warmth, rhythm and subtle separation between spaces without ever feeling heavy or closed off.

Paired with expansive window lines, soft natural light and a minimal material palette, it becomes both a functional feature and a defining design moment within the home.

Texture plays a quiet but important role in minimalist design.

At Ridge House, natural materials and clean architectural lines work together to create a home that feels warm, grounded and deeply connected to its surroundings.

From the limestone exterior to the intentional landscaping that anchors the property, every element was designed to feel custom from the very beginning.

Coming back from a long weekend with a renewed appreciation for spaces that help us focus and ease back into routine.

At , this home office was designed to feel connected to the rest of the home while still offering a sense of privacy and separation.

The textured glass allows natural light to pass through the space, creating a quiet, grounded atmosphere for work and everyday life.
