our toddlers at Smart Steps Daycare had so much fun with this simple sunflower craft! 🌻✨ Picking up tiny sunflower seeds and bumpy pasta pieces gave their little fingers a great workout, strengthening their pincer grasp and hand muscles 🖐️🌱. Using glue sticks and carefully placing the materials right on the yellow shapes helped them practice hand-eye coordination and matching 🧠🎯. It was also a wonderful sensory exploration as they loved touching the different textures of the smooth seeds, crunchy pasta, and sticky glue 🖐️🔬. Ultimately, creating their very own big flower gave our little ones a sweet confidence boost, leaving everyone feeling so proud and happy! 🥰🏆

This hands-on activity encouraged the children to "rescue" animals from messy mud using soapy water, sponges, and brushes.
