Project: Wendy’s Gut & Rebuild

Schedule: 90 days

Challenges: The drive-thru remained open for the first 30 days of the schedule.

Scope: Complete demolition of interior and exterior finishes. Partial demolition of foundation and building structure. Rebuild of foundation to new footprint with new structural framing. Complete construction of interior, new roof and new building exterior. All new hvac, plumbing and electrical systems. Complete renovation and construction to new Wendy’s 2.0 design package.

This project was a short 4 weeks and opened with perfect timing on International Women’s Day.

Let’s chat about how stunning the herringbone floors are 🤩. Placed on top are custom built islands that are adorned with jewelry. Classy tile and lighting paired with the most vibrant colour fills this space perfectly.
