I Gave a Classic Cortado a Sweet Homemade Twist! ☕✨

Did you know… the word “cortado” comes from the Spanish word cortar, which means “to cut”?

A cortado is made by cutting the intensity of espresso with an equal amount of steamed milk, creating a smooth, balanced coffee that isn’t as strong as a straight espresso or as milky as a latte.

✨ My twist: Instead of regular steamed milk, I used sweetened condensed milk for a richer, creamier, sweeter version.

Chorizo isn’t just one type of sausage!

There are two main varieties:

🇪🇸 Spanish chorizo is cured, smoked, and ready to eat.
🇲🇽 Mexican chorizo is fresh, highly seasoned, and must be cooked before eating.
