Rocky View County is looking for a Development Planner to help guide responsible growth and support quality development across our communities. This role plays a key role in the development permit process and supports the interpretation of the Land Use Bylaw, while working directly with applicants and developers.

You’ll help with:
✅ Development permit application review and processing
✅ Land Use Bylaw guidance for customers and internal teams
✅ Development Appeal Board reports and hearing presentations
✅ Supporting compliance items (e.g., conditions, RPR compliance stamps, letters of credit)
