Food for thought.
What we put inside our bodies has so much affect on our bodies.
We fuel our bodies with things like oatmeal, bananas and yogurt to get energy.
Or beans, broccoli and raspberries to help with digestion.
Or dark chocolate, blueberries and Kale for antioxidants to protect us.
Be mindful of what you put in your body and how it makes you feel.
