☁️ Let me introduce myself…
My name is Casey!
Currently a Community Breastfeeding Counselor who purely volunteers her time to help other mom. I want to give the help and support I failed to get before the birth of my daughter. Somehow we managed to exclusively breastfeed for 20 months. I went through it all: exclusively pumping, ni**le trauma, exclusive latching, pumping to donate, you name it.
If you’re needing basic breastfeeding knowledge in preparation of your new bundle of joy or have already had your baby and need some help, shoot me a message! 🌸 I look forward to speaking with you! 🤍

super important, thanks for sharing 🤍 The Milk Harbor
TRUTH: Breastmilk remains the primary nutrition source for the first year.
Introducing solids after 6 months and once developmentally ready is about exploring textures, learning skills, and exposure to allergens, not replacing milk. In the first year, breastmilk continues to provide most of your baby’s calories, hydration, and key nutrients, while also supporting immune protection. Prior to the first birthday, solids complement milk, they don’t replace it.

🌸 Have you been told to triple feed? Are you stuck in an exhausting cycle of feeding and pumping? What does this all mean? When does it end?
You deserve adequate support to meet your feeding goals! If you’re trying to end this cycle and unsure of where to turn or what to do next, send me a message!

…from a great IBCLC! 🤍
It’s not just about latch techniques and milk supply charts.
It’s about heart. Curiosity. The ability to help a family feel safe and seen. 🤍
Great IBCLCs are the ones who…
01 Curiously look deeper than surface-level symptoms
02 Offer patience when feeding feels frustrating
03 Think critically to solve what others can’t see
04 Hold empathy when emotions are running high
05 Stay committed to evidence-based care — always
If you’ve ever found yourself doing these things naturally…
you might be more aligned with this career than you realized. ✨
