** looking for a shop and small amount of yard space **

Hello everyone! Just putting this out there in case any of my valued customers may know of anything.
Ideal arrangement would be a building with about 5000 square feet and about 1/2 acre of outside storage space.
The shop would obviously need to have 14' h X 12'w doors, with minimum 16 ceiling height.

I have been using mostly barns and outbuildings in the last 13 years and am more than happy to continue that route.
Please, ABSOLUTELY NO "triple net leases" and i do not require commercial/industrial property.

The building does not necessarily need to be insullated i or heated but i will need hydro. (I generally/hystorically average about 115 to 125 per month of hydro use). But am perfectly fine with having the shop metered seperately.

I am going to use the space for recreational vehicle renovations but there will be no retail traffic and no need for signs etc. The amount of in and out traffic will be very light (somewhere 10 to 20 visitors per week) with their presence on site not being more than half hour.

There will be 2 of us using the building. We both respect the property as if it were our own.
I would have a dumpster onsite to contain my garbage, and i am a recycler so i do not throw away lumber, carboard, scrap metal etc. Those items are neatly stored as well.

I am hopeful also, that the property owner will allow my occupying the property with my rv being used as my temporary/part time "home". (I have a lot invested into what I am doing and would prefer to be able to protect my investment, it just helps me sleep better at night if I can be close to my baby).
