Today Rachel, the owner of RKS Design, turns 18🥳
Thank you to everyone who has supported me and my business throughout the past year and a half!! RKS Design created a very special sign for one very special teacher!!

It has been weeks now since my high school graduation, so I thought I would share this special sign with everyone.

RKS Design was created back in 2021 after the creation of the first Pallet Perch and after taking part in a grade 11 marketing class. My marketing teacher, Mr. Richmond, had the students create their own fake business, with a fake product, and a fake name as the year end project. However that final project is what sparked the creation of RKS Design. Not only was that class the starting point for my business, but Mr. Richmond was someone who always believed in me as well as my business and I knew I could always come to him with any questions I had. With that being said I thought I'd come up with a handmade sign to show my appreciation towards him.
Now Mr. Richmond has always used the company "Richmond's Lawn and Garden" in any of his business explanations within his teaching career, and he once said that if he ever retired he would seriously consider starting his own lawn company. So I thought that giving this sign to him at graduation would inspire him and others to continue doing what they love and aspire to achieve their goals, as well as the perfect way to say "thank you for being such an amazing teacher to all your students".
This sign will be displayed within his classroom this upcoming school year!
