SJV Contracting

This basement was nothing but a headache for the home owners after having multiple floods! We came in and gutted to the studs, applied 4" spray foam for both prevention of rodents and cold air, then completed the space with primed walls and a painted floor. It will now serve as a great space for storage!! 👍

Basement before. Clients had already done most of the removal. All that had to be done was the removal of the closet. Once we had dug deeper we noticed that there was an issue with moisture. We removed all of the drywall from one wall and reinforced with insulation and V***r barrier to the ceiling as it was only done half way. Small things like this can have a massive impact on your heating bill! Also, prevent future mold. Fortunately there was minimal mold at this time.
