Each year, my school partners with our city’s firefighters to put together Christmas “baskets” for families who need a surprise and smile on their doorsteps during the holidays. My class was able to pack this box with goodies for a young brother and sister. I always feel connected to people I buy for when all I know is their age and name. I hope everyone has a happy, safe, and warm holiday this season. ❤️

What I love about making these prints is that each one is an original and are places people have travelled. This piece tells a story. However, I also get so nervous making them because one mistake or smudge of ink, I’ll have to start again.
