Start small.
Normally when people suggest "starting small", it's a laundry list of recommendations. Sure, each thing is small, but if you try changing a bunch of small things at once, it's still a lot! And guess what? That makes it hard to stick to.
When I say start small, I mean one small thing that you can stick to until you're ready to start the next small thing.

It's about finding the courage within yourself to do more than you thought possible.
To truly thrive, people need support. And in my experience, it’s never just in one area of their life.
You’ve heard me talk about body and mind alignment before. That’s because often our personal goals are centred on ‘feeling better’ about ourselves, and focusing on one area (physical before emotional or vice versa) means not all your needs are being addressed.
The process of dynamic coaching means you’ll be pushed to learn more about yourself than you would have otherwise, and push your body past the limiting beliefs you may have about what it can and can’t do.
There are tons of results, but perhaps the most important is being confident and comfortable in who you are.

In between enjoying your Thanksgiving feast and spending time with your loved ones, remember to spend a some time outside today! Give thanks to your body and mind by going for a short walk around your neighbourhood (or wherever you prefer to enjoy the beautiful autumn colours!)
