I added these cookies to my menu a few years into my business … they quickly became one of my best-selling products 🥹
I started experimenting with stuffed cookies, and seasonal specials.. there’s so many good flavours to choose from!
People went a little crazy for them and kept coming back for more
They are one of my favourite products to sell because they’re so practical 🤗
Easy to package, simple to transport and can be prepped ahead of time making them ideal for busy bakers who want to stay organised and efficient 🙌
Anddd don’t underestimate how versatile they are. You can use the same base recipe to create so many different flavours without needing loads of separate recipes & ingredients to buy
Consistency was a huge part of why mine sold so well. Customers knew exactly what they were getting every time, which helped create repeat orders and loyal customers 💛

One of the biggest reasons my cookies sold so well was NOT because I had loads of different recipes
It was because I had one proven base method and recipe
For every flavour, batch & order. Because consistency is soo important 😅
When customers come back weeks or months later, they expect the same quality cookie they had the first time
That's what creates repeat customers
They know what they're buying
They trust your product
And it makes baking wayyyy easier too
I use the exact same method for every cookie flavour I make, which means I've had years of practice perfecting it
I know exactly what the dough should look like, feel like and bake like
No surprises (because I had way too many of them, and failed attempts when I first started!!) 🥲
I've been baking and selling the same chunky bakery style cookies for almost 6 years and I'm still creating new flavours today using the same foundation
I don't need loads of recipes

I realised people don’t buy from me just for the bake or because something looks tasty (like it’s not about the cookie or cake itself!)

And when I actually understood that… everything changed!
I stopped guessing what to post
I stopped constantly changing my menu
I stopped waiting around for orders
That’s when orders became consistent. Because I wasn’t relying on people randomly treating themselves… I was selling to people who already had a reason to buy
Most bakers are trying to sell products that look good

I added brownies to my menu on a whim.. they weren’t too popular at first until I started doing these Loaded Brownies 🥹
People went a little crazy for them and kept coming back for more!
There’s sooo many options you can add for toppings and decorations and they work perfect for seasonal events and special occasions
They also make the perfect alternative to your regular birthday cake! Cheaper to produce and cheaper for a customer to purchase so a win win 🥳
You can also use this brownie base to make regular brownies, my faves are biscoff stuffed brownies and kinder stuffed brownies 🤤
