In my role, I have the privilege of meeting so many beautiful mothers and hearing their stories. I deeply value the trust these women place in me when they open their hearts and share their journeys.
This week especially, I sat with mom clients and we walked through a palette of emotions — excitement, joy, sadness, strength, and anger.
I met so many mothers carrying invisible wounds. Not because they chose to be broken, but because life can be just unbearably hard for so many different reasons. Yet somehow, they continue showing up for their children every single day. Bruised, wounded, and shattered at times, but still pushing forward because someone has to put food on the table, someone has to hold the family together.

I see you taking both small and big steps toward healing and overcoming, and I am incredibly proud of you. You are stronger than you know, and even in your hardest moments, I can already see the healed version of you emerging.
I may not be able to do much, but I will continue to pray for you and believe in your strength.
Happy Mother’s Day to every mother fighting silent battles while still choosing LOVE every single day... while we always choose LOVE in a heartbeat, may I also remind you that it is ok to learn to set firm boundaries. Loving others should never come at the expense of losing ourselves. 💚
