What an incredible day at Beat the Heat in Medicine Hat! 🛹🔥
This was my very first time shooting a skateboarding competition, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. From the insane tricks to the energy of the crowd, every moment kept me on my toes behind the camera.
I’m beyond grateful that I had the opportunity to be there, capture these moments, and be welcomed into such an awesome community. Stepping outside my usual photography comfort zone reminded me why I love this craft so much—there’s always something new to learn and new stories to tell.
Huge thank you to everyone who made the event happen and to all the riders who put on an amazing show. I can’t wait to do it again!!

Happy Canada Day! 🇨🇦
I'm incredibly grateful to have had the chance to watch and photograph last nights fireworks. It's amazing to see so many people come together to celebrate, make memories, and enjoy such a beautiful display.
A huge thank you to everyone who helped organize the event and made it possible. The time, effort, and planning that go into putting on a show like this don't go unnoticed, and it's something many of us look forward to every year.
I hope everyone had a safe and enjoyable Canada Day with the people who matter most. Thanks for another great celebration!

Some moments deserve more than a photograph—they deserve to be remembered.
Troy wasn’t just someone who loved to ride. He found freedom on two wheels, and had a way of making everyone around him feel like family. His laugh was contagious, his kindness was effortless, and his presence made every ride, every conversation, and every gathering better.
To his family and friends: thank you for allowing me to help capture these moments. I know photographs can never replace the person we’ve lost, but they can preserve the love, the stories, and the memories that continue long after the engines go quiet.
Troy may no longer be riding beside us, but his spirit lives on in every road travelled, every bike that rolls by, and every story shared in his name.
Ride free, Troy. You were deeply loved, and you’ll never be forgotten.
If this post reminds you of someone you’ve lost, take a moment to tell their story. The people we love live on through the memories we share.

Here at FlowAntics we post results, not just the process. From the original 4000 photos to my top 50+ most in focus shots.
Most of these are taken from the crows nest pass lookout, which arguably is the best spot to be at during the race. No overcrowding, and new angles not often seen by the public! Ive said it lots before and i'll continue to but this experience is indescribable.
Feel free to tag all of the racers and tell me which one is your favourite shot!! If I didn’t post a picture of your car, please let me know your car # and I will be willing to do a second pass through all the images for you!
