About the Position:
ASA Contracting Ltd. is seeking a reliable and motivated Casual Call-In Janitor to join our team in Crowsnest Pass, AB. This position is ideal for someone looking for flexible, as-needed work with opportunities to support our sites when coverage is required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
• Clean and sanitize washrooms, lunchrooms, and common areas
• Empty garbage and recycling bins
• Restock cleaning and hygiene supplies
• Follow safety procedures and company cleaning standards
• Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor
Qualifications:
• Previous janitorial or custodial experience is an asset but not required
• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical cleaning duties
• Must be available for on-call shifts, including evenings or weekends when needed
