We promise it doesn't hurt (although the opposite can't be said)!

Being safe is a way of life and doesn't have to be stressful, taxing or time-consuming. An extra minute or two is all that's usually necessary to save you a lifetime of pain/heartache/money.

Some quick ways to live safer:

• DON'T RUSH – racing is a surefire way to make mistakes and/or cause accidents and injury!
• DO THINGS PROPERLY – give yourself enough time so it's done correctly and won't fail or fall apart.
• BE AWARE of your surroundings – stay alert and know what's going on around you in and outside your home.
• KEEP DOORS LOCKED – yes, even while at home. It's a great habit to model for children, and no one gets in or out unexpectedly.
• BE PREPARED – our favourite mantra! Have an emergency bag in your vehicle or front entrance packed and ready to go if needed. It can include snacks, a blanket, a change of clothing, winter gear, a water bottle, books and toys for the kids, First Responder Tags and some cash. You never know when you might have to grab and go.

Our First Annual Easter Hunt contest had participants searching for 8 yellow chicks 🐥 and 2 bonus bunnies 🐰 that were hidden throughout our website! The contest came to an end last Sunday with furious website scrolling, searching and messages flooding our inbox! Haha, we're so glad it was a hit and enjoyed by many!

Our winner, who correctly found all 8 chicks AND the two super-challenging Bonus Bunnies, walked away with a $100 gift card to use towards whatever Cheeky Pebble products they want! Woot! 🥳
